裝載機發動機渦輪增壓器異響主要是由以下幾個原因造成的：增壓器法蘭卡箍和壓板螺栓松動；壓氣機氣道阻塞或排氣道積炭造成增壓器喘振；壓氣機殼和渦輪殼變形、損壞或殼內灰塵太多有異物；軸承軸頸和浮動軸承過度磨損；渦輪、壓氣機轉子失去動平衡或旋轉件與固定件碰擦。
