通過對裝載機駕駛人員的強化培訓，使學員熟練掌握裝載機的安全操作規程及施工中的各項操作技巧，了解裝載機的各項技術指標，能夠對常見故障進行分析、排除。

1、學習裝載機的操作與保養、維修知識，備有各種車型供學員實習。

2、學習裝載機（鏟車）的用途、型號、分類等內容，學習裝載機的安全操作知識，在實際操作中的起步、推土、裝車、填坑、整平、放料、起重、移庫、行駛、轉向等。

3、學習裝載機的構造、原理、常見故障的診斷與排除。主要學習裝載機的發動機保養與維護、傳動系、行駛系、轉向系、制動系的構造、工作原理等。

4 、在工地上學習操作裝載機技術。如開挖河道、開挖土方、修筑堤壩、填筑路堤、平整場地等工作。
